Terms and conditions

1.Customers can buy gift cards from online facebook page, website or our shops.

2.Customers can buy products using their gift cards from our online facebook page, website or our shops.

3.In case customers brought gift card from website but want to buy products using the gift card from our shops then customers must inform us by messaging in our facebook page or by dropping a mail on out official mail address before their shop purchase.

4.Customers will be allowed to purchase only regular price products using gift cards.If customers want to buy Discounted products using the gift card then they have to buy the discount products on regular price.

5.Gift cards will be activated after 7 days of full payment.

6.The gift card can be used fully in multiple transactions.

7.If the total payable amount exceeds the amount of the gift card then customers have to pay the extra amount in cash or Bkash. But if there’s any remaining amount that can’t be claimed as cash.

8.The validity of the gift card will be for 3 months from the card activation date.

9.In case of product or size change or exchange customers must change or exchange the products or size from our shops.Online change or exchange is not allowed for products purchased through gift cards.

10.Desire will take care of customers claim regarding product issues.
